  7. The Box should be detachable for shipping by container.
  8. Easily reachable spare tire.
  9. 4x4 driveline and ground clearance (either through portal axles (unimog) or just big tires).
  10. Multiple heating systems, one cooling system,
    1. Diesel air-heating system
    2. Electric floor heating system
    3. Electric through-flow hot water system (shower and sink), 4kw.
  11. Electric system of 5kw power (single phase) with 24kWh of power (20kWh net usage) 4xTesla 6.4kWh modules.
