Systems
Electrical
The current idea for the electrical system is as follows:
- 5000W inverter, multiplus-II GX: https://www.nkon.nl/victron-energy-multiplus-ii-5000-48v-110a-70-50-gx.html ~ 1000
- Gerbo display for mounting in an accessible place for control. (5"?) https://www.nkon.nl/victron-energy-gx-touch-50.html ~ 200
- Multiple (3x) solar panel inverters for 4 solar panels each (3x ~1600w ) for a total of ~4800W Folding out from the roof in a 4-panel configuration of 3 layers total, https://www.groothandelsolar.com/zonnepanelen-kopen/jinko/jkm435n-54hl4r-bk-435wp-Glas-Glas-n-type-full-black ~ 1000
- 4x Tesla 6.4kWh module (24kWh effective) https://evshop.eu/en/batteries/147-64kwh-tesla-module-6s86p.html ~ 6200
- All to be mounted under the seating area, as compact as possible (heat should not be much of a problem). If heat is a problem, we'll make sure ventilation holes and a thermostat controlled fan..
- Can use 1x Victron MPPT solar modules for charging: https://www.nkon.nl/victron-energy-scc125070221-smartsolar-mppt-250-70-tr-solar-laadregelaar.html ~600
- 4kw through-flow heater (single phase, 4.4kw): https://electraboiler.nl/products/copy-of-vaillant-doorstroom-boiler-vermogen-3-kw for shower/kitchen_sink ~300
- Floor heating (electrical, 1800W) as a secondary system: https://www.vloerverwarmingstore.nl/p/verwarming-folie-aanvulset-10-m-1200-watt-aanvulset-2 ~500
- Ikea 2-hob induction cooker. ~250
- The home-automation system uses Luxone https://www.blissmobil.com/2020/08/18/loxone-smart-home-system/
That's ~1800 - Need a way to make sure I don't switch on multiple systems of high load (1200+4400>5000). But the problem is, it could be switched on by turning the tap on.. :-/ Make a switch for 'hot water' that does not switch on the rest of the things when hot water is on. So you have to flip the switch for hot water first (shower and kitchen) that then switches off the heating and other high-wattage sources.
Blissmobile uses https://emusbms.com/product-category/cell_modules/ (from this picture):
Heating
- 4kw through-flow heater (single phase, 4.4kw): https://electraboiler.nl/products/copy-of-vaillant-doorstroom-boiler-vermogen-3-kw for shower/kitchen_sink ~300
- Floor heating (electrical, 1800W) as a secondary system: https://www.vloerverwarmingstore.nl/p/verwarming-folie-aanvulset-10-m-1200-watt-aanvulset-2 ~500
- Also, there will be a planar heater with Diesel as an emergency backup for heating for when the battery is empty, this will stop the water tank from freezing, etc etc
Water
- Shower/sink regulars to limit water to 3L/min: https://www.savinga.com/5-shower-flow-regulators/79-shower-flow-regulator-af-3-l-min put if after the water heater. Because with 4.4kw
- Special shower head that works with 3L/min (vandal-resistant :-) ) .
- Do we do a quoocker to do 100 degree water? Very wasteful in terms of electricity... :-/
- Will be using a 400L tank for fresh water and roof water-catchment. To catch rain water. With filters (gravity filtering?).
https://www.directwatertanks.co.uk/400-litres-baffled-water-tank-upright Maybe even 2 of these behind the backs of the benches in the seating areas? 36cm wide and 1.25m long. That would be problematic for 1.8m x 2m bed space (around 2.2m width inside the seating group. ~300/tank - Will be using 3 filters. 10 micron, 1 micron and activated carbon in 20"x4.5" format to increase surface area (easier flow) and longer life for filters.
~350 - Will be using 24V pump to pump the water out of the tank and into the taps/heaters. https://www.georgekniest.nl/artikel/316530/jabsco-q402j-115s-3a-par-max-hd4-drinkwaterpomp-40-psi-24v-15-ltr-minuut.html ~300
- Grey water tank. Pump is going to be similar to this: https://www.georgekniest.nl/artikel/2206/whale-bp1554-gulper-220-bilgepomp-24v-13-4-l-min.html And the tank can be ~200-300L I think. Needs a valve/drain to the outside (and hose).. Can be in between the frame rails. Might connect to air pressure on the truck to 'blow' it empty (increased flow rate). ~200
- Will need fill-indicators for tank (victron display integration?) 2x https://www.obelink.nl/mopeka-pro-bluetooth-watersensor.html ~200

There is a very cool hatch on the Bliss mobile boxes:
